All orders are shipped through the mail carrier(s) UPS & FEDEX

PROCESSING/SHIPPING

PLEASE allow an 2 day processing & 3-5 business days after you placed your order to receive your hair. Once your order has been confirmed, I will provide you with a tracking number so that you'll be able to locate the package.

• LOST/ STOLEN ORDERS

WE ARE NOT responsible for any lost/ stolen orders. Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a tracking number, the assigned mail carrier will be held responsible for your package.  

•SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION 

All orders placed requires a signature confirmation and for you to show your ID upon arrival of your order to ensure that you have truthfully received your package.  

•REFUNDS

We have absolutely a NO REFUND policy, which means we cannot accommodate a order that wants to be refunded, returned, or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  To be eligible for a exchange we will have to be at fault. Otherwise there is a no refund policy and all sales are final as stated above.
